Prerequisite: Mattayom Suksa 6 (Mor 6), level 12 high school science and mathematics program,
science&language program student or related programs.

- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Food Science and Technology.
Prerequisite: Students with higher vocational certificate in food science and technology or related fields.
Course Description
First 2-year time: Many basic sciences and related subjects are provided e.g. chemistry, biology, microbiology, physics, mathematics, statistics,English computer and etc. to equip students with sufficient basic knowledge prior to further their specific field of interest.
Second 2-year time: emphasis on profession-oriented subjects such as food processing, food chemistry, food processing engineering, food microbiology, fermentation technology, quality control and assurance, product development, industrial management.
Fourth year student have to.
- Produce and present an academic report in seminar subject.
- Do their own research as special problems.
